At OneWorld Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if an item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective padding to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Shipping Labels

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned piece, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
